Shipping & Returns
- Shipping---All order processed on the same day require a 5-7 day processing time before they are shipped. Some orders may require additional time if item is not in stock, or if item is on backorder. In the event of this happening you will be notified. Sai North will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Sai North is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.
- Sai North bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
- Returns--We do not except returns on items that have been damaged, or washed. If items are returned a 15 % restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for shipping cost Sai Team Sports North reserves the right to deny return of any items after 30 days.
